Here without prof of termination (ie. reciept for regersted letter) even verbal leases are still in effect. Letter must be 30 days prior to March 1 as I remember. The chem should keep or resell so minor loss, but DEFFENATLY push for repayment of fert and any ground work since harvest. NOW DECIDE WHAT THE STRESS OF A FIGHT IS WORTH TO YOU-- of course that may be what he is counting on
