Legally you have the right to be there, but I can also understand your position of not feeling wanted.
Several years ago I sent a text to sell some grain at X price in about mid June. Never heard anything back. I called a few weeks later wondering where my contract was. They claimed they never got the text, I even sent them a screen shot of it. They wouldn't honor it. Of course the market shaved off about $1.50 in the meantime.
I do like text for situations you want a record of but it isn't foolproof. | |
