It has to end the cycle first.Here we had last years wet cycle start May1,,it has finally ended but it was our worst cropping cycle possible.It took 11 months to change..Over 100 inches of rain.I think I and others have PTSD from excess rain.You cannot make the sun shine.I can pump water.
