northeastern Ohio | Here is a GIS map from my county showing the "property lines" . I farm around this and own one lot. The survey pins are clearly visible. I have marked them with red arrows.
The GIS map shows the neighbors garage is on the property line. This is not correct. It is actually about 5 feet away. The southern property line is at least 10 feet off from the actual survey pins.
