| Bark is easily attainable, but even the most rabpid of pellet grill fans will admit they just don't get the deep stick burner smoke flavor. Some tips though. Run as low a temp as possible for as long as you can. 180-200. You can also run smoke tubes which helps supplement the smoke. Some guys swear by x brand of pellets and some (like myself) can't taste a difference. Bear Mountain is used a lot buy guys in the Facebook PB group I'm in.
