That happens on my Weber grill from time to time. The book says that the excess safety flow device may have been activated. It says to reset the safety device, to turn off all the burner control knobs and have the cylinder valve OFF. Disconnect the regulator from the cylinder. Turn the burner knobs to HIGH. Wait at least one minute. Turn the knobs OFF. Reconnect the regulator to the cylinder. Turn the cylinder valve on slowly. Relight.
This has worked for me with my grill- a Weber Genesis Silver
