It's pretty good here but I have always liked the Steamboat Springs Colorado area when you come down the mountains and see the ranches in that Valley. I'd assume those have been there a long time since outside money would most likely drive the prices up there to buy it now.
Probably have to run a pet the cow for a $1 stand to make ends meet for all the Subaru drivers coming to eat granola and ski.
