had a similar experience a couple years ago--GFCI popped on the freezer and I didn't notice until it was almost all thawed.

Like others have said, your nose will tell if anything's bad. Freeze it back up and use it. Be aware that if it's thawed, much of it will probably stick together because there's been condensation on the wrapping. You also likely have a large pool of water / ice / blood in the bottom of the freezer you'll need to deal with at some point with a good defrost / wash / sanitize.
