Kettle Moraine, WI
If you do some travelling and get close to Sheboygan Wisconsin "the brat capital of the world" make sure to have a grill charred brat on a Sheboygan roll. Brats there don't get boiled (which is analogous to putting ketchup in a hot dog in Chicago). Yes Johnsonville is couple miles from there. But get a real brat at a common brat fry to the area supporting a local cause. Also soaking brats in beer is common. Some fried onions to the mix as well.

The Aldi brats are likely an Aldi store brand.
