SE MN | The current need is to plant next spring. We limit planting in the dark especially complicated work. My hope was we could run longer days. We also have problems with the sprayer running over crop when it straddles the guess row and the gap isn’t even, hoping to reduce that. In the next few years hoping to upgrade corn planters and get row shutoffs. At some point I would like to have a sprayer set up with nozzle shut offs so we can drive through waterways. No plans for strip till. Our fields are small and hilly and I can’t see it working well. My hope was to buy once cry once insteadof trying to save a buck and spend more anyway. | |
