NEMO | This is the correct approach. I didn't listen to the Burns YouTubes above, maybe there is something in them, likely not, you're not going to change a PSA number with diet or lifestyle changes. A prostate at 8.9 calls for action,,,much sooner than later. The cutoff number for action is 4, and an 8.9 isn't just twice as bad, the numbers go up exponentially. Also the post above about getting reamed out has nothing to do with cancer presence, that's about an enlarged prostate. I had a neighbor that had a high PSA number, he never would say how high, just he was watching it. He waited a couple years to the point that the cancer spread and enlarged his prostate to the point he couldn't pee. When his gut swelled out, he finally decided to go see the Dr. By that time his PSA was 400, surgery was not an option. Died in about 3 months, his wife is lost without him
