NS Canada | You can get a pretty decent self loading single wrapper in that price range used, and for that amount of bales suits just fine. Tough to find an inline in that price range that isn't ral old and wore out.
I did more than that for many years with a bare-bones old single wrapper that needed to be loaded.
edit: Oh and make sure whatever you buy uses 30" rolls - 20 inch is slow and hard to find these days. If you can get a real good deal on an older machine with 20" - they can be converted, but it's a couple grand swap.
