Works well for me. I burn down the clover prior to planting, the rest of my dry fertilizer goes on and I lightly incorporate with a Great Plains ultra-till. It smooths out the NH3 strips and incorporates the dying cover residue/fertilizer. Makes a really nice seedbed. I’m sure some will say the NH3 will kill all your soil bios/earthworms but I think it just slows things down for a bit.
