A picture of the corner of field. I just raise the coulter/knife applicator on the first corners and sweep them rather than trying to back the applicator in. Can see the yellower corn where 32% didn’t get in the ground. Corn gets taller and greener once out of the corner.

Since the consensus is it needs more N, why arent more people sidedressing N in June? The rain this year appears to have leached out much of the early applied N and Nh3. Maybe 10% of the corn in our area gets a sidedress pass.
