As to the amount applied, I heard a couple interviews recently where people (at least one was a researcher) took tissue samples before applying micro nutrient products and then after and the amount of nutrients added to the plant was several magnitudes greater than the amount applied. They had no idea how it happened, but for micro nutrients specifically its an observed phenomena, at least for some people.
I have used a product that's Moly, Mang, Ca, and K that helps encourage more flowers and nodes. 1 gal/ac but not as concentrated as yours. Yours looks more like a product that would encourage pod fill and plant protein synthesis.
