The serrations on the leaves indicates it could be staghorn sumac, which produces a cluster of crimson collared seeds in the fall but if you ever encounter a similar looking shrub/tree with whitish/cream collared seed clusters be aware that it could be poison sumac which has the same chemical irritant that poison oak has but much more potent.
