I usually call in to make a payment on my account each month. Previously, all the representatives have been very fluent English speaking people. They were always courteous and helpful, it was no problem dealing with any of them. It has just happened the last couple times when I called in that the person I talked with had a very noticeable accent. Deere has been one of the few companies that had phone representatives that you could easily understand and communicate clearly with. I also hope it's not something that's going to be permanent.
