East Central Indiana | My yard is 3 years old this September. First year it looked green and grew really well. I put on 400lbs/acre of I think 18-18-18 or some version of that from the co-op before I seeded it.
Last year I noticed it wasn't quite as dark green color, so this spring I hit it with another roughly 300-400lbs/acre of the same fertilizer broadcast over the top. It rained that night.
This year the grass isn't growing very fast at all. I have some clover that is coming thru this year so I will spray that later this year. Also there are alot of brown look like dead blades of grass in there. Anyone have any ideas? It's not lack of water as all my neighbors yards are a nice green color. Need to get a soil test obviously, but curious if anyone else had any ideas or experience.
