North Central Indiana | Just guessing off those two pictures I would say to sharpen your Mower Blades. Your grass is torn not cut and that can open it up to disease.
You put down somehwere around 1.6 lbs per k of nitrogen at once. That's a lot and going to cause a lot of growth but unless you apply smaller amounts consistently throughout the season it's going to run out of gas and lose color eventually. Too much nitrogen at once can cause fungus, especially in summer when yards stay warm and wet.
Picture quality is not great but it looks like you have some dark spots with yellow margins in the remaining green blades that are suspicious for fungus. Purdue has a great Turf lab that you could send some samples into and get some great answers.
Also, clover is an indicator Weed. It grows every where but especially in poor fertility or compaction. | |
