Southern Missouri | Son has did a lot of work with xag on getting the larger tank and software setup for the 16 gallon , battery setup is crucial if you start carrying more gallons means longer time in the air for the drone , marking remaining battery power when drone empties load and returns to trailer and shuts itself down has been a study in progress, everyone’s operation is different, on our operation average battery strength remaining when the p100 empties the 13.2 gallon tank and lands has been almost exactly averaging 40 percent , hence the fact we think for our operations it can empty the 16 gallon tank and return with battery life remaining, I know what this all sounds like but drone technology is in it’s infancy and there’s gonna be lots of changes real soon | |
