Subject: RE: Hylio spray drones

I haven't experienced any noticeable drop in output from the batteries based on the remaining charge. The performance always remains pretty constant. On really hot days, it's important to keep the batteries cool. I use a canopy and an air cooler for the batteries with my T40s and they stay within a safe operating range. Performance-wise, the biggest thing I've seen is that the batteries don't charge as fast when they are hot. It's recommended to try to keep them below 130deg F as anything above that can run the risk of a fire hazard mid-flight. My setup on days where it gets to 95-96F outside, the batteries stay around 120F at most, but ideally, you won't be spraying when it gets to be that hot out regardless.
