Will never use Budget again. Set up a rental for wife and daughters on a trip to visit Grandparents, prepaid, everything done. They added several options and upgrades on to their rental to more than double the final bill as they picked up the car. After multiple discussions, I swore I would let people know every time a car rental discussion came up.
