250 bu/a corn @ even $4.00 on payed for land in the heart of the corn belt is still pretty good so I agree with you. Then go to the fringe areas even 150 bu/a corn can bring good returns even, when the land is payed for. If some of those bushels were sold @ higher prices even better.
