I have cattle, no row crop farming though. It's doable if you have some help. Luckily my wife isn't afraid to do chores when I'm on shift. And my dad is close enough that if there's a major problem like a calving issue on those days that it gets taken care of without me. The rest of the stuff, the schedule is great! You have at least 46 uninterrupted hrs to do whatever you need. I would assume its the same for row crop, only better. We're currently 24/48, but switching to 48/96 in January.
