Central Iowa | No problem with that. He didn't show up. This was somewhat expected. So judge will sign a contempt order and have it served on him. He will be given another chance to appear in mid October. If he fails to show up then he will be charged with contempt and an arrest warrant will be issued for him. I hope so as he digs his hole deeper. But this all takes so much time! So onward I go. Thanks.
