East Central Arkansas | They over winter in the beds here. Beds continue to spread outwards with the inside area getting weaker. I have some large beds that need some attention. Need to make them smaller. Just wondering if you could take a hedge trimmer and cut them back this time of year leaving say 6 inches of growth. I feel like they will put back out some before frost as we are wet here now. In the past have waited until they die back from frost normally. Trying to mow just makes a big mess. | |
