That is good. People need to be held accountable.
And mine was different in that a corporation that owned the elevator went belly up. So no particular individual responsible (or at least accountable). The summary judgement was against the corporation. My lawyer told me we would probably never get nothing but he didn't charge me much to file it and all he had to do was show up and talk to the judge which was a block from his office. Not much effort put out but nothing gained.
