Apparently the guy was already hit with a taser before any of this happened, and he is still upright and fighting. The only people I am aware that can do that are people high on both drugs and adrenaline. You can capture the last 30 seconds of the altercation and it looks bad, but I will reserve judgement until I see the entire episode from the begenning. | |
