Holland, Indiana (SW IN)
We had a 40X60X16' tall 2 sides and one end enclosed built about a year ago just a little over $20K
Builder out of Kentucky 60 miles south of us
needed a place to pull in 35 miles from home farm
wood multi layer 2X6= 6x6" posts and steel trusses on 12' 2X6 purlins (usually 2X4 purlins with 8' spacing in the area) 1" insulation under the roof "doesn't sweat"

We're happy cheaper than a hoop building covered with tarp --birds have not been the problem we anticipated

What I see that scares me of the building you have pictured is bracing (side and end metal adds structural strength)

Dan

Add those almost flat lean too's would not shed much if any snow
