| I mean the lights are flashing enough that I can't see. They can be parked on the other lane.
One can not stop as that would block the only open lane. Not to mention the guys behind me cannot see either and would probably run into me.
Or put it another way, all I can see is lights and glare from the flashing lights. I do not know about your eyes, but mine cannot adjust with the flash.
If they have the blue ones it is actually painful.
