| This is a good point as well. I would agree Epley's is good and valuable, my counter argument is that, as far as I can tell, they are not breeding. I could be wrong on that but it looks as if they produce and condition their hybrids but do not develop their own. Meaning they pay genetic royalties to a different genetic supplier and are keeping their costs lower by means of production and conditioning. The cost of R&D + production and conditioning is the price disparagement you are pointing out. They bring something unique to the market by producing and conditioning a genetic supplier's hybrid and keeping costs lower to the end user. UnBranded is bringing unique hybrids that aren't available through any other brand and keeping prices lower (typically) by coming direct from the breeder and not having genetic royalties. The MSRP for UnBranded is $165/unit when you apply prepay discount for September. That price won't change due to fluctuating markets and these are hybrids you can't get from anywhere else.
