I've had moderate back / sciatica pain for 30+ years caused mostly from arthritis. Injections helped relieve the pain. 6 months ago I got an electrical device implanted in my back that works really good for me. It's called spinal cord stimulation (STS). There are 2 electrodes that block the pain message to my brain. Boston Scientific is the manufacturer.
