Wisconsin | People are like cows, they tend to do what the herd does without thinking about the details. On the highway, people tend to keep going no matter what. A big fire truck parked in the middle of their lane with lights flashing is not enough to get some people to slow down and think for a second, "should I swerve around this, or should I slow down, or should I stop?"
You want warning signs, maybe a detour set up, appropriate lighting so your eyes aren't stressed. But you shouldn't ever have to stop, it's just some schmuck splattered on the highway. | |
