SC WI		Similar to my thoughts. Bob needs to keep doing what he is doing. Bobs dad pushed him away, now bobs dad needs to figure it out.

Bob could buy his dad’s portion, let dad retire and run bob’s equipment.

Bobs dad could split from his partner and merge with bob, but that would probably turn into a mess.
