I got my arm caught in an auger 15 years ago. Took along time to heal. 2 years ago it started hurting again. I went to a message therapist 1 time for a deep tissue message. It’s been fine ever cense.
I should have gone 6 months earlier, can’t believe the difference it made. Best $50 I’ve spent.
