NW Washington | Medicare is for old folks, and many of them are easy targets for unscrupulous doctors and healthcare providers, like peddling electric carts and getting Medicare to pay for them.
Anyone on Medicare should review the forms that Medicare sends out detailing services you received and report anything they did not receive.
The form is called an "Explanation of Benefits," or EOB for short.
