Probably good advice.
I am pretty limited by time - so chasing auctions gets to be a big PITA in a hurry. Trying to go look at a couple decent ones - that then don't sell reasonable.
I'd agree that while the market is in a bit of a downtrend - then that's best deals. Dealers don't move until auction listings force them down.
