I'm finding that Tesla chargers are replacing the regular charger. Where there was once a J-1772 (non-Tesla) many of these have now been replaced by Tesla chargers, making it more difficult to get a charge if you don't own a Tesla.
this seems to me like anti-competitive behavior by Tesla, which I believe is illegal, or should be.
