We have a local portion and a chs portion. West central has been paying back 10% of old equity for a number of years. The buyout is 5x local equity to be paid in cash the Chs portion stays and will be paid when requested after 70 or 72 not sure of death. I think we receive 60% of equity older in January. Then more in March and a final payment after 18 months.
