Coup,

“Currently wouldn't buy ground or anything, unless a person has the ability to write the check.”

Is this just trying to be prudent or very much a feeling things are going to get ugly?

Get ugly

Have you sold all your land and equipment coup?

No, why would I? My equipment isn't going to loose much value over the next 5 years and land values getting cheaper over the next 5 years would be a plus.

Mine will probably go up as steel demand returns and scrap prices climb with it….

Sounds like you have your equipment cost under control.

Don't know what this tractor is worth, but whatever it is my guess won't loose much value over the next 5 years.
