Southern Missouri | Yes guts , yes cash flow also, I just wish I knew how people know a year ahead of time that land at current prices is gonna be a bad investment? I’m not saying it won’t be and I’m not saying it will be , I just wish I was privileged to their crystal ball ? From what I’ve seen in my career weather can have drastic impact on commodity prices , drastic, I’ve even seen a nuclear blast have a great impact on commodity prices, but somehow people know ? I figure it’ll be about like always , the 20, 30, and up to mid fifties will take more risk , some will be right , some won’t , the late fifties and on up crowd will be more cautious, some of them will be right ,some won’t ,very hard for me to see forward , very easy for me to look back and see all the boo boos and all the lucky moves too ,seems to me hard work helps with the luck ,and the land payments | |
