Been buying land for fifty years. Here is a secret. There is never a good time to buy land. It is always too expensive. It will never pay for itself. That is how it always looks when you buy it. The only regrets I have is the land I didn’t buy.
Pretty much. I don't necessarily recomend buying land that is being priced on a bubble, but we had years of 3% interest. A guy should have been leveraged to the hilt with fixed rate loans while at the same time being on top of being highly productive. |
