Coup I agree it isn't a good time to buy land. But then the much anticipated 80 next door comes up for sale. Then the hand wringing starts. Buy it, be conservative, buy it, be conservative.
If ground comes up for sale next door economics doesn't enter the equation. Unless the person renting it intends to buy it, if that would the case wouldn't stick my nose in it. |
