Just curious coup on what of your reasons are for it getting ugly? Multiple year down turn, high interest? What else?
Cash, liquidity shortage . Problems started showing up summer of 2023.
200 bu corn x $2 bu less =$400 acre. 70 bu beans x $3 = $210 acre. 50-50 corn bean operation = $300 acre less revenue x 1000 acres = $300,000 less revenue per 1000 acre farmed x 2-3 years = problematic.
