SE IL | Yep, argument could be made stocks are as overvalued as land, yet you almost never hear anyone say it. Smart investor at family gathering was complaining how crazy land is that it would take 30-40 yrs to make your money back. I asked what the average P/E of the SP or Dow are, he said he never thought of it that way. Hmmm. Both represent the fact that our money continues to be worth less all the time and nothing in view says that’s going to change anytime soon. | |
