Remember back between 2009 to 2013 there was a huge BTO in Michigan that rented everyone’s land? He wasn’t in business very long after that crash. All the land owners were complaining that they had to take realistic rents after he broke. He stuck CHS with a big bill also. Thus is a cyclical business and for every boom there is a bust
