Earlier this year, a farm building site was sold near family land in MN. Just a few acres with a shelterbelt, older house (probably been redone) and a couple of decent outbuildings. On state hiway.

I was told $280k. Person who told me this was sort of shocked at the price. I was not too shocked. A similar property near where I live would be a lot more.

Right now, tillable land around there seems to be going for $10-15k from what I am hearing.
