I remember when the farmer lost land even when they were current on payments because the banks were forced to clear the books.
Do you know of anybody that lost their land and was current on their payments? I have heard that story a lot but I have never found one banker or one bank board member that has ever known anyone that lost a farm and was current. Banks try very hard to not foreclose on anyone if they don't have to. It is a losing situation for everyone. |
