| If he doesn't have anybody to take over the farm, and is in good financial shape, it might be best to retire. Three years ago, my wife and I were offered a blank check ( development area) to sell the farm. We would have took them up on it if I didn't have two little boys who might want to farm one day. I'm only 44, would have had to find something to do to not go crazy, but I would not have HAD to work anymore. | |
