Define Illiquid…big difference between low or no working capital and big equity and some working capital but a lot of debt. Sometimes I think bankers would rather have a customer with 500k of working capital and a 1M dollar net worth than a guy with a 10M dollar net worth and no working capital because he paid down equipment and land debt….
